Yes, all custom orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. This secures your spot in my schedule and covers initial materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.
All sales for custom artwork are final. Each piece is made specifically for you, and significant time, materials, and creativity go into each project.
